How do I apply?
Simply fill out our Wholesale Application Form with details about your business, including location, product focus and target customers. Our team will review your application and respond within 3-5 business days.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes! To place a wholesale order with DAVIDsTEA, we have a minimum of $350 before taxes. A $15.99 delivery fee will apply—but great news: orders over $500 before taxes enjoy free shipping.
Can you ship internationally?
We currently ship across Canada & the United States.
What is your return or refund policy?
Due to strict food safety regulations, we’re unable to accept returns on our products. This policy ensures the health and safety of all our customers and complies with industry standards.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged or you have concerns about its safety or quality, please contact us.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept all major credit cards for wholesale orders. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
What are the shipping options and costs?

Where are your warehouses located?
All our shipping, labelling and packaging happens at our homebase in Montreal, Quebec. From there, your order is quickly sent out to reach you as soon as possible.
Do you provide customer service?

How do I track my order status?

Many of our teas are certified organic, Fair Trade and ethically sourced. On our wholesale site, you’ll find each product’s certification clearly listed. We source from tea gardens across the world and blend with only the best premium, top-tier ingredients. Our commitment to sustainability means we are always working to prioritize recyclable materials, reduce plastic and introduce compostable packaging.
How can I place an order?

How should I store my tea? How long will it stay fresh?
Keep your teas in a cool, dry place away from light and strong odours. When stored properly, our loose leaf teas, sachets and matchas stay fresh for 12-18 months.
