Not plastic I don't like to write reviews but will give it a try: the look is great. . it' slim design and very easy to clean. the filter is solid steel and this is what I love about it. . no plastic

Great for iced tea I've been on an iced tea kick this summer. This has been great to make a pitcher instead of a cup at a time. It does feel like delicate glass, but I've just been careful and haven't had any issues!

It would be great if the lid snapped on instead of pushed in and the handle feels a little too thin, but so far it’s great.

It is amazing! Perfect size to keep track of my daily fluid intake! Also Davids Tea’s customer service was so supportive. My original one came broken and I sent them a photo still in box. There reply… Throw it out and we are sending a replacement! True Canadian’s … Kindness Guaranteed!
