A delicious smelling tea! This tea is sooo good! I love the smell and the beautiful pink color. I find it helps relax me when I am wound up as well as helps me fall asleep easier. I have a section for each of my teas and I have placed this one in the section with my evening teas as I find it actually makes me a little sleepy. I also find it tastes good with a little milk as well. I hope this one never runs out.
